Chef Mickey late reservations?

So I have been checking everyday for reservations for a few restaurants and today I was excited to come across Chef Mickey. The only problem is that the only reservation I could get is at 9:30 at night. How long is Chef Mickey open till? I just wonder how long my family has to eat. Will the characters still be there at that time? Can you see the fireworks at MK from Chef Mickeys?

If I remember they stop seating guests at 9:30 or 10, but they don't 'close' until those guests are done. On my last visit, we went at 8:10 and was worried about the same thing, but it was fine. Even as we were leaving, which would be closer to your reservation time, the restaurant was pretty busy and food was being brought out.

I think they start closing down seating sections as they get closer to 'close' and seat guests in the same area. This kinda works to your advantage with the characters because they make the rounds quicker/more often. During our dinner each of the characters ended up coming around twice to our table - and goofy a third time even as we were leaving. I know where we sat you couldnt see the fireworks, but don't know about other seating areas.
