Chef Mickey ADR at 2:25PM

Hi. I have ADR for Chef Mickey in August at 2:25PM and just realized that the brunch ends at 2:30...would the characters still come to you even afte 2:30 or would we be left alone just to have the food. I would choose other restaurants if the characters would not be there while we are eating or if new foods are not brought in as it is the end of brunch time.
Would love to know how the restaurant is like at this time of the day. Thank you!!

1) Characters come out until EVERYONE has had a chance to see them.
2) They time they spend with a guest may be shorter, but they come out.
3) The Character Assistant makes sure each table gets touched.

NOTE1: Characters . . . Guest have to remember that CM's are employees. This is their job. Sure, your vacation, but their job. They want to get out as close to on-time as possible. They have families and/or other things to do. So, at the end of their shift, they get around to see you, but seldom spend as much time or effort with the guest(s). Sort of what YOU would do if you had to stay overtime for little reason.

NOTE2: Food . . . They start to reduce the replenishments as the end of the food shift nears. Cooks are like characters, they want to get home. Besides, the more they replenish, the more sits and gets wasted. Chef Mickey's and Tusker each THROW AWAY 8-9 50-gallon garbage cans of uneaten food (not from plates on tables, but from the buffet) every day. A terrible waste of money and food, simply because people come in toward the end of the dining shift.
