Chef Art's Refillable Bottle

We are going to Chef Art's on the first day of our 7 day trip. I want to get the refillable moonshine bottle for the $22 or whatever the price. I am wondering if there is a place throughout the week at Chef Art's where we can get drinks refilled in the bottle or if you have to actually have an ADR and sit down. I really want to grab one one day and just walk around Disney Springs without having to sit and eat there.

You cannot walk and drink. You must be stationary at all times when drinking or eating, in order to remove your mask
the days of strolling and sipping are gone.

Oh, yes. I do understand that. I'm sorry. I should have been more clear. is there a place to grab a refill to go and then go sit somewhere in disney springs and enjoy it. Mostly I am wondering if we have to sit and eat at Homecomin' in order to refill the bottle.

@aljack34 from what I've read refills are only valid at Homecomin' you can get the refill go to from what I've read too.

Yes - you can have it refilled at the bar there without having an adr or being forced to sit down
