Cheeselogs

Does anybody know what a Cheeselog is?
My boyfriend and I was having dinner with my cousin and her fiancé, I told them how my boyfriend had no idea what I meant when I mentioned a Cheeselog and my cousin had no idea either.
FYI it's a wood louse lol.

A cheese log to me is a roulade made of soft cheese and bits and pieces rolled in herbs or nuts or crumb coating.

Yes a woodlouse! I think it is a fairly common term where I grew up in Reading.

Lol, yep that makes sense then because that's where I'm from.
The two of us who were calling them cheese logs went to school in Reading, the other two from about 15 miles away had never heard of it.
The original conversation I was actually telling my boyfriend how my younger cousin used to chase me with cheeselogs, he asked what was so scary about a log of cheese! Lol.
