Cheesecake recipes?????

Help I need an easy cheescake recipe to be used with a pre-made graham cracker pie shell. I am making a chocolate mint one but need a second type. I have to make for Christmas eve dinner.
I can't believe it is the last weekend before Christmas. So little time So much to do. Any help would be apppreciated.

Here's the one off of the Philly cream cheese box:

3-Step Cheesecake

Prep: 10 minutes BAKE: 40 minutes

1lb cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready to use graham cracker crust (6oz. or 9 inch)


MIX cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Makes 8 servings.

but this is so easy

one pkg of cream cheese
one can of sweetened condensed milk
one third cup of lemon juice
and a teaspoon of vanilla

beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until fluffy and add the lemon juice beat with electric beaters a few more seconds until all smooth then add the vanilla
pour in graham cracker crust and fridge it for a few hours

on top we added a can of blueberry pie filling or on the side and let the people put on what they want.......I have also used canned cherries......this is very rich and way good

Thank you both. The recipes look great and easy. I hope you both hav ea wonderful Holiday season. Heading home for the holidays in 3 days. Can't wait to see my niece and nephews.
