Cheese plates to go at Beach Club lounges?

I notice that Martha's Vineyard offers a cheese plate appetizer. I think this would make a nice snack to have by the pool (I get tired of hamburgers and fried food) but notice the lounge doesn't open until about 6pm.

Can you get it to take with you? I was thinking I would take one back to the room for the night or to take to the pool the next day.
