Cheese Plate at CG?

Is the cheese plate at CG considered an appetizer,entree or a dessert on DP ? I am trying to decide if I want to pay OOP or use 2 TS credits.

When we were there last month, it was available as an appetizer. It could not be a dessert. We thought that was rather strange.
