Cheese Display for Pre-reception?

Yay! So we finally got our BEO which came over budget or at least more than we knew we wanted to spend so we're thinking of going from an antipasto display for the pre-reception to a "cheeses display" but what does it consist of??? We decided it doesn't make sense to have a lot of food right before dinner so hopefully it will cut the cost. If you've had the cheese display how much did you pay and what did it include?
