Cheese Cake Factory gift cards at Gift Card Zen

I went to Gift Card Zen and bought $100 worth of gift cards for The Cheese Cake Factory to use on our way home from our trip in June. (gotta have some sort of solace when returning home, right?) I got them at 14% off, which I thought was pretty good. But what I thought was odd was that every single gift card they had, like a lot of them, were $25 at 14% off, every one. So I got four.

I just wonder where those discounted gift cards come from. I wonder if the The Cheese Cake Factory was selling them through Zen, or what? I have purchased numerous gift cards through them and never had any problems or such but this was just odd how every single one was the same amount at the same percent off.

They are probably the cards people bought Black Friday to get 2 free slices of cheesecake (from Jan 1 - Mar 31). You still come out way ahead if you get back 80-85% of card value plus use those 2 slices (which add almost $20 of value)...

Oh, Ok. Could be. Didn't think of that. I have gotten those before but never would have thought to sell the $25 gift cards I had to purchase to get the free slices. I would always use them at The Cheese Cake Factory.
