I have seen cheese and fruit at the fruit stand in Africa in AK, though it was a while back, and just simple cubed cheese, grapes, and the like.

If it is still there, Gaston's Tavern was doing a "Picnic Platter" that I think had cheese and fruit plus some other things.

AK (Harambe Fruit Market?) had a fruit and cheese snack box thing last time I was there, and Les Halles has a French cheese plate, as PP mentioned.

The Winekellar in the Germany pavilion at Epcot has a cheese plate for $5 that was amazing.

If you want to sit down Spice Road Tables has one, technically it's a TS restaurant so if you are thinking of the dining plan it won't work but you can walk up without ADRS and sit outside. Nomad Lounge in AK has one as well, again won't work on dining plan.
