Cheerleaders 1st weekend in Feb?

We are going to Disney this weekend for an adult only trip and was told the cheer/dance crowd were going to be there, does anyone know if this is for sure? We were told if our hotel (ASmusic) was overrun with cheerleaders to complain an we might get upgraded to a moderate. I just want a quiet weekend no cheering girls!

Who knows for sure. I thought Feb.1st weekend was for cheerleading but when we were there just a few weeks ago Jan.16-21st there are ALOT of cheerleading groups everywhere???

Disney Fans, there are Cheerleading competitions there many times during the entire year and very often for weeks in a row, like now they will go all the way into March. Yours was the College Cheerleading & Dance Team National Championships (January 18-20, 2008) Disney Hotel, no commit on which one.
