Morning! I'm back at work and resenting it greatly. I just want to go back home and play with my new toys. I hope you had a great Christmas. I had a very nice one until I got sick yesterday.

I got an early start yesterday with some after Christmas shopping. I'm proud to report that everything I purchased was 50% to 75% off. I'm still trying to replace some of the Christmas things I lost in Katrina and yesterday was a big help.

Susan they moved the smilies around again. I guess I have to get used to another move. Where's my little waving guy? I hate have to go to the second page to get a smilie. Oh well, if that's my only problems it's not too bad.

Today is my DS's Birthday. My baby is "7". Hard to believe that one.

COOL!!! I don't actually have anything pertinent to either of these posts to say, I just saw a new button and it said "multi quote tool" so I tried it out... and look... I'VE MULTI-QUOTED!!!!!!!!! What will they come up with next?!?!

So, tonight, I've decided I really AM going to sit down and address the Christmas cards!! Really! maybe.

Anybody get any good stuff? I got a 19" flat panel monitor and a sonicare toothbrush. And I just bought myself a TV tuner card for the PC so I can watch TV on the puter! now where is that smilie with the big cheesy grin???

I worked yesterday and will work today (as soon as I'm done posting) and then I'm off til Jan 3! YAY!!

Say you know a person and her last name is, oh, I dunno, Hefner. And it turns out her husband's name is not. His last name is... hmmm... Guccioni. And there are kids, and I'm not sure if the kids' last names are Hefner-Guccioni or just Guccioni or just Hefner... or maybe they got inventive and each kid got one of the last names.

Anyhow, how does one address the Holiday Greeting Card?

Myself, I got everything I asked for. Actually, the only thing. I really wanted the 4-disc "Narnia" that just came out. So I got that. I got a LEGO set - the Ferrari F430. And Trivial Pursuit 80s.

It was very nice and relaxing.

As for Christmas loot, I got a Dooney and Burke purse which I am so in love with. That was completely a surprise. I also got a new portable DVD player which was very needed. My old one only worked if you pushed down on a certain spot. I also got some movies and Star Wars Lego game for my XBox. The things I expected but didn't get and will have to go buy myself are: a calendar, socks, slippers, and pajamas.
