Susan I guess today is your packing day. Tomorrow you will be on open waters. I wish I was going with you.

We leave Wednesday for Destin, Fl. I've basically done nothing to get ready or prepare for this trip. If it were Disney I would have started packing or putting fun things in the suitcases days ago. I'm sure by Tuesday I'll be excited.

Good Morning. I'm only half awake. I do enjoy sleeping in on Saturday when I can. I haven't even showered yet, or made my coffee. Had to come right to the Dis.

My suitcase is currently sitting on the spare bed and last night I threw some of the clothes into it. Almost everything needs to be ironed so that will be a job for today. I also made a shopping list because I need to get a couple of things. The only other thing I've packed are my books. Do you think 5 is enough? I hate the idea of running out of stuff to read and since I finished Harry Potter last night, I don't need to bring that along. Something is wrong with my camera and I cant decide if it is the chip or the camera. I sure hope it's the chip. Whenever I go to delete a picture it tells me there was a card read error. It takes pictures and loads them on the computer but won't delete. I'm going to go "borrow" one of my mom's chips and see if I can delete from that. That way I'll know who the culprit is. Well, I've babbled and I need a shower and coffee so I'll check in later. Enjoy your Saturday!

Happy Saturday! Today started all wrong. My alarm went off and of course my pillow was calling me back . I thought, "I'll just lay here for another 5 minutes." Yeah right. That 5 minutes turned into another hour and 15 minutes . I need to leave for work before 6am. Well, it was 6:20 before I left the house . Oh well. I guess clocking in at 6:23 didn't happen this morning .

So how is everyone? It's been a beautiful day today.

Susan, I bet you're soooo excited to be leaving TOMORROW! Have a fun and safe trip.

I am 99% packed. All that's left is the necessary make up and hair stuff that I need in the morning. It's 10 pm here and I have to be up at 3 am so I am ready to *try* and get some sleep. I will try to check in while I'm on the ship. Have a wonderful week!

I'm not packed yet and we leave Wednesday for Florida. I guess today will be the dreaded day. I'm not nearly as excited about this because I'll be in Florida but way to far away from the Mouse. I'm sure as we are pulling out on Wednesday morning I'll kick it into vacation mode.

No Hazzi, Susan and I are determined that won't happen. She is on a cruise and I leave tomorrow for a little beach vacation. We'll have Wendy post a little something everyday until we all come back.

Good Evening. It's been a nice day here today. A little hot, but that's okay. I did get the yard mowed . The worst part about the day, I stepped in doggy doo TWICE! And it wasn't even my dogs. How do I know? Well, one doggy doo was bigger than both my little ones. I don't know how I didn't see it laying there.

So Tricia, the time is close at hand for you to leave. Are you leaving early in the morning? Have a happy and safe trip!

I'll keep this thread going if it's the last thing I do . You may find some weird conversations on here by the time you get back, but don't pay any attention to them. I always have GD if he ever decides to pop in again.

Happy Wednesday and I'm doing the vacation dance. Nine AM is when we pull out of the driveway. Give or take a few minutes. Sunny Florida may have a little rain but hey, it's still vacation.

Chris it's so nice to see you stopped in. We miss your laughs.

Wendy the pressure is on for you to keep our little thread going. I'm not sure when Susan will be back. I think she said the cruise was for a week. I know GoofyDad is in Disney for the surprise birthday gift to his son. We come back on Sunday evening. I'll be here bright and early (well not too early) on Monday.

Morning DMM. The joys of being pregnant during the summer . I was blessed with that twice.

Well, Tricia should be on her way and GD should be having the time of his life at Disney. I don't think I could keep a secret that long for a surprise birthday or any trip to Disney . We'll see if I can possibly do it for a cruise in the next couple years. The kids will be older and I think would enjoy it more.

Getting ready to head off to bed. Work in the morning. Went out to dinner with my BFF this evening and had a great time. At least I did. She ended up leaving most of her margaritas in the parking lot . I know that's not funny , but I almost peed my pants laughing at her . It was her own fault. She knows she can't drink anything sweet, and she was drinking Strawberry Banana Margs. Are you kidding me? Those things are LOADED with sugar . I don't think the tequila helped much either.
