Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier

Is that the same soup that is served in the Canada kiosk at Food & Wine? Because that was so delicious I want some more right now. We're missing F&W by 2 days, so a dinner there may be worth it!

Also, looking at the menu, is the Le Cellier Experience (which includes an appetizer) part of the meal plan?

I believe the meal plan is available to DDP users. It's not for me though as I've got reservations for two sittings at Le Cellier over my two weeks and it'll be steak both times (different cuts though).

Yes, the soup is availble at the food and wine fest.The Le cellier experience is included on the basic dining plan, but unless something has changed recently they do not permit substitutions to it.

I've always heard that it is.

Be sure to book early for Le Cellier because we've never been able to get a table as a walk in. We plan to book there for our December vacation to try it out, since we won't be going during the F&W for the first time in years. We'll miss the F&W but can't wait to see the Christmas decorations.

It is the same and they also serve it at lunch if you can't get a dinner ressie.

Same soup and if you ask your Le Cellier server they can provide you with a recipe card for the soup. Not too difficult to make and mine almost tasted as good. I didn't have the breadsticks and would love to be able to get just a to-go order of those breadsticks!
