Checkout AKL to checkin POR to ADR CMs how much time?

Hi in Sept we will checkout of room only res at AKL and transfer to POR for Package room. We have a 9:55 adr for chef mickeys. At this point we will have a car. How much time do I need for this?? Can I get package stuff night before? Willing to drive over at midnight to get KTTW ( dining credits). As I prefer to sleep in.

Or any other ways to make this faster??

The computers roll over to the next day at 6 am. So you won't be able to sleep in.
