I called to check on our ressies for next week and they couldn't find it Nothing not even all the money I had sent in over the past year. What surprised me the most they acted like oh well...I demanding to speak to someone else. But after being on hold for 10 minutes wella they found it I am still alittle nervous and will be bringing my depsited checks I sent to pay for the villa as well as the ressie confirmation sheet. wish us luck we have no problems upon checkin

Definitely bring in all of your payment documentation. That way, you're covered and don't have to worry about it.

Looks like you are heading to the WL next week. Who did they transfer you to on the phone? Was it another CM or a manager? I'd like to know what reason they had to explain why the first CM "couldn't find it". That would worry me too.

Take you confirmation papers and I might even call and check on it again right before I left. Good luck and hope you love the WL.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Every time I call, they can't find mine either. They say I'm in the system too many times (booked one vacation originally, changed resorts, then changed it to the 7/4 Visa deal). Eventually though, they always do find it (after going on hold). I think the reason they might have seemed not to care too much is that I think it probably happens a lot and they are accustomed to it.

we are staying at the wilderness lodge villas. I was put on hold and they talked with a supervisor(10min wait...). They only said it was a computer glitch-very vague. My biggest fear is they are trying to bump me since we are not part of the vacation club and there are no more 2bdr villas available. keeping my fingers crossed but excited too, leaving in 5 more days

When there are many modifications sometimes a reservation may 'hide' in the system but we can always find it.
