I hate their new reservation system. I had a room originally booked at the Contemporary that would periodically show up on their website. I got the same messages you all did. Anyhow I had to change to 2 rooms at Coronado Springs today and cancel the original Contemporary reservation. When I talked to CRO I was first told they couldn't touch my reservation because of a name mismatch. HUH? They then put me on hold and I guess fixed it. I booked the two rooms at CSR and had my original deposit applied to them and paid the remaining deposit balance with my CC. ANYHOW, I went to look up the new ressie online and it is showing my original one as being cancelled. That's great. HOWEVER when I enter in my new reservation number it also shows as cancelled. UGH. Prior to looking up this online I had to call back because I forgot to make a connecting room request and they did have the new reservation. I hope it stays that way! I never got a confirmation slip mailed for the original reservation which was made 3 months ago. I better get one this time!
Well add me to the list of people who were a little concerned when they got this message. I too called and was told everything was just fine, but I must admit I still am not 100% comfortable, hopefully this gets fixed soon !
