Checking out some natural springs on our way back home

On our way home from our trip that is scheduled for next month I thought about stopping and checking out some of the natural springs that Florida has. One was called Ichetucknee springs and the other was Gilchrist Blue Springs and it is a state park. So any advice? Tips? Probably wouldn't swim, but we might.

Which way to you come/go to Orlando, SL6827? Up I4/95 or TP/I75?

I camped not long ago up I4 between Orlando and Daytona at Blue Spring State Park in winter when the manatees were there for the season. It had a one large spring up a nice shaded slew with a swimming area/dock and concessions, gift shop, day parking, etc. So I can recommend that if you're heading in/out near I4. It's really not that far off the highway.

I grew up going to Ichetucknee so I definitely recommend that one. Manatee Springs in Chiefland Florida is great too.

We take 75 down from North West Georgia and hit the turnpike. We do the toll roads.
