When we checked out of BLT last week, DH and I took our luggage downstairs ourselves since we only had one suitcase each. However, we left our Owner's Locker in our room and went to Bell Services in the lobby of the Contemporary to inform them of this. We were told that they weren't supposed to go into the room if no one was there to pick things up. They agreed to do it for us "this one time" because Magical Express was due to pick us up soon and there wouldn't be time for us to go back.
What we can't understand though is this: If they can't come into your room when no one is there, why can Bell Services put your luggage in your room that arrives on Magical Express while you are in the parks or elsewhere on Disney property? It just doesn't make any sense to us.
