We are arriving on Sat the 17th and staying one night in a studio at the BCV. We originally had an off site hotel booked to save points but DH and MIL are dying to watch the Patriot's game at the ESPN club that night. Since I will be with the two kids alone on our 6th anniversary, I think DH made the reservation to "throw me a bone". That and I can walk back to the room with out leaving him stranded without a car.

Anyway, the next day we will be switching to a 2 bedroom for the remainder of our stay. I know we can leave our bags with bell services, but how does that work? Will we have access to our bags before moving to the two bedroom? We have DS 3 and DD 11 weeks who will need diapers, changes of clothes, etc. Do I have to pack a huge diaper bag "just in case"? Will our bags be delivered to the new room before we arrive? And is there any chance that we can keep the studio portion and just add the one bedroom?

I just want this to work smoothly since I have the two small kids to worry about and one "big kid" plus MIL who can confuse things very easily. Our only real plan for Sunday is to go to Publix and explore the World. Will they keep us waitin until 4pm for check in?

Thanks for any info!

If you're getting a dedicated 2 bedroom, then you'll have to check out and check back in. In that case, you'll have to pack that diaper bag, because there is the possibility you'll be without your luggage or a room until 4:00. If you're getting a lock off 2 bedroom, you could have the two reservations "linked" and you might not have to leave the studio at all. What they do in that case is you get to keep the studio portion for that entire day and when the 1 bedroom portion has been cleaned and ready, you can move your things in there. I'd call MS and see if this can be done. With such little ones, I wouldn't want to be without a room for most of the afternoon.

I think the solution is to link the ressies.I think a lock-off studio and add the 1 BR is the answer. Call MS and ask for their input. When you first check in explain your situation to the CM and ask how to best handle the "move". Maybe there won't be one!

Note...even if your luggage is checked with bell services, you can access it. We've done that a few times now. You just go to the bell services desk, show them your tickets and they'll let you go back and get things out of or put things into your luggage. So you do have access to your bags, but it still takes a little time and effort.

Unsolicited comment: Does your DH know that the game is PRE-SEASON? I'm sorry, but I can't see blowing off my anniversary with my wife unless it's at least the playoffs!!;)

Oops, I forgot to mention that MIL reserved the studio with her points and we reserved the 2 bdrm with ours. I don't know if we can link the reservations that way or not. I'll call MS though and if not, I'll see what the CM can do for us when we check in.

:) Granny, my DH had 3 "conditions" that he outlined when we started dating. 1) he wanted children 2)he wanted to stay in Massachusetts near his family. 3) He has season tickets to the Patriots with his mom and excluding the birth of a child, the Pats can't be messed with..... I accepted those "conditions", and he does know that he will be putting in a little more effort to make this anniversary special. The actual date doesn't matter to me, I just like teasing him about it so he knows he has to make it up to me ;) He's such a die hard pats fan that I really can't disappoint him by not letting him watch the game. It may be only preseason to the rest of us but not to him. Remember the 86 world series when the ball went through Bill Buckners legs in game 6?? Well, he's still not over it and he was only 14 at the time!!!
