I posted this before,... but it took me totally by suprise.
Last year we rode the monorail around the loop and got off at MK just to walk around and we decided to see how many days were left on our tickets. We had 4, but from different years and couldn't remember how many, if any, days were left. When I went to guest services window at MK to check, the man(cm) asked me where I bought the tickets. ??? I have gone almost every year for the last 20 years so I wasn't sure. He said I had to tell him where I bought them because I may have stolen them. WHAT? I fumbled through some possible places and he said "no" a couple times so I called my wife and children over to see if they could remember where we bought them. We guessed a few places because we have purchased tickets at the resorts, Disney Store, parks. Finally he said we weren't even close. He said one wasn't any good and kept it and the other 3 had a day left on it and handed them back to us. He was not smiling and neither was I. I was dumbstruck. So... be fair warned either I had a rotten CM having a bad day or they ask all the time. I still shake my head that I didn't ask to speak to a supervisor when he said I may have stolen them.
I have had people on the disboards say it is illegal in Florida to buy multiday passes with days left. Well this year we bought annual passes and I wrote down the place, day, time just in case when we go to activate them I get the same question.
