I read on another thread that when renting a car DH should drop us off at the port, then return car and take shuttle back while I check everyone in. My question is when do you show your passport? If it's at check in wouldn't DH need to be there in person to prove it's him? How would that work?
Thanks :wave2:

You husband would have to keep his cruise docs and passport with him. You have to show proof of citizenship when you check in, and you usually need to show your tickets and ID to get into the terminal, although that changes from time to time.

I only had my drivers license with me when I came back to the terminal. They had a list of passengers when you pull into the terminal & they check to see if your on the list before letting you into the terminal lot.
