Do they give you a booklet with all the information about whichever plan you choose? You know = which restaurants accept it and what the snack options are....stuff like that.

They did give me a booklet, but with the exception of snack options (and the disboards has a MUCH more thorough list), you'd be doing yourself a favor by making your reservations well in advance of check-in. Many table service restaurants have looooong waits or no availability at all without advance reservations.

I do have most reservations......I guess I need to find out

1. Which restaurants DONT take the dining plan
2. What exactly is included in the deluxe plan

Guess I will go poking around the official website....search here is too cumbersome

Deluxe plan includes, per person in your party over age 3:

3 meal credits per night of your stay. These can be used for either counter service or table service. Signature dining and dinner shows still take 2 credits.

2 snack credits per night of your stay.

1 refillable mug.

as far as restaurants that don't take the dining plan:

All Swan/Dolphin restaurants

Rainforest Cafes at DTD and AK

Downtown Disney TS:
Portobello Yacht Club
Fulton's
Wolfgang Puck Upstairs Dining Room (not the cafe, they take it)
Bongos
House of Blues

Epcot TS:
Bistro de Paris

Grand Floridian:
Victoria & Albert's
