checking in w/ groceries

I'm going to be arriving to POP around 4 p.m. on friday in late jan. w/ groceries that need to be refrigerated. i think check-in is 3. can i assume that check-in will be quick so that i can get my groceries to the room quickly? we won't have a rental car so i assume i'll be in the lobby w/ bags & groceries or do they have Pop staff to take your stuff? thanks.

Well actually when you arrive at the resort, I am assuming that you will be coming by taxi, so when it pulls up to the resort and you get out of the cab there will be CM's waiting to assist you. When you get there just ask them if they can hold your grocery items for you. They can either hold them for you while you check in, or they can hold on to them and then deliver them to the room for you. If they deliver them though it could possibly take upto an hour for them to get to your room after your room is available. Other than that, you can rent a fridge for $10 extra a night to store your items in. If you have any other questions just ask, and our CM's will be more than happie to assist you!
