Checking in to Hard Rock

My 1st time staying at a Universal Hotel, checking in on a Tues for 1 night. I understand I can get my room keys at 7am on check in day for Early entry and EP. If I show up to Hard Rock at 7am will I need to pay to park if all im doing is getting my passes and leaving (I wont be leaving my car parked at hotel). I am a Preferred Annual Passholder.

Not if you just leave your car in the porte cochere. Be prepared that there could be a line at checkin and even 1-2 groups in front of you could be a 15-20 minute wait.
