Checking in on-line

Has anyone tried to check in to there resort in WDW online, i tried it today & was doing ok till it asked for special requests & i tried to add one (crib) but it wouldnt let me am i doing something wrong didnt finish it as really wanted to add request.

I did online check-in in April but I didn't have any particular requests. It doesn't really save you that much time so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thank you we were worried as our flight has been changed to a later flight meaning we may not get to hotel till roughly 7pm with exhausted 2 yr old wanted to make sure crib was there might give them a phone call !

A phone call is probably better - at least then you know somebody has actually taken notice of the request.

we done on line check in and found it really quick to check in they had all the paper work done and waiting for us

I thought all rooms had a crib anyway - but I might be wrong.

Does the 10 day ahead for check in include the day you check in? For example say I'm checking in on December 10 - do I check in online on December 1 or November 30?
