Checking In/getting a room-at BWV

Ok guys after reading the boards on the "room-Ready or not"-LOL, we are going to BWV in 5 days. We stay at POP fri/sat and check in BWV on sunday.

Ok-to get a room-We only asked for NS/near our friends/upper floor. Do we check in at 7 am, or 12 noon, or what???
Also, is BWV room ready or wait on it? We really just want NS and near our friends-- We are in a 1BR, friends are in 2 studios..

So, we are not asking much, just wanted to know to get what we want...

The safest approach would be to check in as early as possible. They seem to pre-assign rooms more often than not. But if they do happen to be using Room Ready, getting there early would be beneficial.

I have found the sooner I'm able to checkin at the BW the better chance I have of my room being done before noon. I would imagine checking in early would help your chances of getting a room near your friends. I usually drive over while the rest of the family is getting up and I'm back before they are done getting ready..

When we checked in last week they did room ready as ours was ready when we checked in at noon. We had a standard one bedroom across from the bus stop. All our requests were met except for close to the elevator.

Our last 2 trips we've had to wait to get our room request, although they were going to assign us a ready room instead. We really like to be away from the elevator, but apparently the room assigners don't understand that, so our next reservation will say "close to Disney Studios" to see if that works.

I'd say check in by noon, and plan to wait if location is important.

We were there last week and our requests were met. We requested two 1 bedrooms with garden view, close to each other, NS.

We checked in around 2pm and recieved 2 rooms directly across the hall. One facing Luna Pool and one Facing the Swan and Canal.

We didn't want the Luna Pool view but everything else was met. It was more important to us to be near each other than the view. So it was perfect.

Both rooms were ready when we checked in and seemed to be pre-assigned since they could tell me the other family's room number before they arrived.

if you can check in at 7am.

call ms NOW and tell them the names of the people you want to be near too (if possible) - near to can be on another floor but just below or above you.

or it can be several doors down.
