checking in early at Pop???

Here is my dilemma. I will be arriving in orlando on a monday and will be checking into Pop on tuesday. I want to go to one of the parks on tuesday but don't want to pay for parking. Can I 1) check in at 7 a.m. at Pop so that I can get my paper pass for the car or 2) arrive at Pop, park in the main parking lot and take a bus to the park and then come back midday and check in and move my car. What would you do.

I would go ahead and check in. Your room probably won't be ready, but they will give you your paper that says you are a guest to put in your car. Then you're off to the parks. You can just call in later to get your room number and go straight to your room instead of waiting in any lines that would be at the front desk later in the day.
