Checking in at Seven Dwarfs Lane?

I think I am going to change my res from Royale Parc Suites to 7 Dwarfs Lane. I just can't figure out how check in works if we plan on going to AK when we arrive at 11:00 AM. Will we have to pick up keys at 4:00 PM to check in? We were planning on staying in park until 7:00 PM. Will rental check in be open after 8:00 PM?

I would like to hear other opinions regarding check in from renters who were in same predicament. Also - did you rent directly from owner? If so, how did that turn out?

Will I be happy switching hotels?

Depends. We rented of one of the online sites and had to check in and check out way over southwest of WDW off of 192. The place closes around 8 or 9, but I believe there is a late check in option in a box or something

We now rent off an owner there and check in at the gate and the keys are in a lock box right on the door. There is security that will check you in no matter when you arrive.

I would highly recommend finding one from an owner that has a lock box (you will have to ask them as some use a third party and different location). You should be able to get a 3 or 4 BR, with kitchen, laundry, etc. for $69-99 per night depending on time of year.

Thanks for the info. We did end up renting from an owner and there is a lock box! This will be very convenient.

We are renting a 4 bedroom/3 bath unit for around $90.00/night including tax.

How did you like your stay at 7 Dwarfs? It does look very well maintained.

How long was the drive to the Disney Parks?
