Hi Guys and a belated Happy New Year to all
Today I received my annual dues bill which is fine as I was expecting it before this. However, I was planning to pay them on 29th January when I receive my monthly salary, and indeed it says on the main part of the statement that they are not 'past due' until 14th February. Great, I am thinking, I can pay them at the end of January as planned. But then I noticed on the reverse of the statement it says (payment is)" considered past due the earlier of check-in at any of the Disney Vacation Club resorts, or after the Past Due After date". My problem - I check in to the Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland Paris for 2 nights on 22nd January. Does this mean that if I have not paid my dues prior to this, I will not be allowed to check in? I suppose I could pay them prior to my DLRP trip but it would have serious implications on my spending money budget for the trip. What do you all think?

Others have reported that the February 14 is the key date...so that if you had a February 25 check-in and hadn't paid it would be a problem.

But since you will check-in prior to the "past due" date of Feb 14, you will still be current.

At least that's how I've read it here on the boards with other people and their trips early in the year.
