Checking carseats at the gate??

I would like to take advantage of RAC during our next trip. However, DH is not willing to use ME to get back to MCO (wants to have more control over getting to the airport) so we will have a rental car and will need the car seats for DDs.

Can we check the carseats at the gate (we will be gate-checking our stroller)?

yes - you should be able to check your car seats at the gate. You should probably double check with your airline though. However, I've never heard of anyone not being able to gate check their car seats.
