Checking AP rates with an expired pass?

My AP expired a few days ago. Such sadness. I'm planning to renew it at some point next year, but I'm still able to login and check AP rates. Does anyone know how long I'll be able to do that? Is it because I'm still technically within the 30 day renewal period?

I was able to check AP rates up until the 30th day after my pass expired.
