Checkin in to the POP

I will be at the POP on April 7th. I would like to request a non-smoking room in the 70's section. When should I call and how should I ask the CM for my request? Please help!

Just call CRO and they will note your requests in their computer system. When you check in confirm with the CM that your requests have been met. Whether you get the building you want or not will depend on crowd levels. The non-smoking request is likely much easier.
