?checked out hotwire what do they consider Downtown orlando

I just checked out hotwire for jun30-july5 they gave a few different ones in the bold print it said Downtown Orlando for one of the hotels the others said Walt Disney World Area.

What is really considered Downtown & walt disney world area.
