Checked 'mypoints' lately??? Go daily!

OK, mypoints is doing a 'daily spin and win' on their site now. You 'spin' and win points...I've done it every day since they've had it on there. There's been a few days that I got 0 points, a day I got 100 points and TODAY I JUST DID IT AND GOT 5,000!!!!!!! WOW, I'm excited! That's a free gift card! I am saving it though, I'm heading towards a $50 pre-paid gift card. Now, I'm only 500 away from it!

Also do you mind me asking why are you saving for the pre-paid gift card? It is so many more points! If you get the Walgreens card - you can convert it to any gift card they sell in their stores. Not sure about a Visa - but definitely all the other ones!

Yeah, i've used a bunch of different ones from my points- I like a lot of their gift cards! I already had a bunch of points in my account before I won this 5,000- I'm hoping to get a Visa gift card, because I'll use it when we're on vacation in May.

I'll have to look though, I haven't done much research- maybe I can get a different $50 one for less points? I'll have to see. I was just thinking that one and the rainforrest cafe one would be the only one we could use on our vacation.

If you are going to use it at Disney - you can buy a Disney GC with the Walgreens GC!!!

I just did it last week! Walgreens started carrying them around Christmas!

Congrats! I've only gotten 5 points 2 days and 0 points the rest. I was wondering if anyone actually won the 5,000 points or if they just put it on there to look good.

I always get Landry's with Mypoints. Good for Rainforest, T-Rex and Yak and Yeti. I have $175 right now.

My local Walgreens store will not let you pay for a GC with anything other than cash. So check the policy at your local store before you get a Walgreens GC with the intention of "trading it in."

That's good to know that you could actually win the higher points. DH and I have each won 5 once. That's it and we have done it every day since it started.

Wow! I hadn't heard of that at all. I've been with them just shy of 11yrs now so I'd be really pissed if they up and closed my acct for no reason!

And I have almost 8k in points saved up. I'd better cash in as soon as possible to cover myself.
