I would call back and give it another shot with a different agent. I have found that some of them are much more helpful than others and will try everything to get you a discounted fare.

I will also post this on another SWA thread going on, but if you have a previously booked flight, CALL NOW AND CHECK THE RATES!!!
My flight was not listed online for the super-low rate. In fact, none of the flights for the day I was traveling were.
Sooo, I called SWA anyway and asked if my flight qualified for the lower rate. Turns out it did! Went from $84 total to $49! I will get a SW credit since it was non-refundable, which I will use in December. The woman on the phone was so nice and she even pulled up my Rapid Rewards number so I could get credit for my flights.

This is our first SWA flight and I had NO IDEA how liberal their credit policy was. The date we're flying down has no seats available on any of the flights, and the date we're flying back has the most expensive seats available on only one flight that day. We still got a $29 credit each! Not a big amount, but I'm so impressed that we got anything at all. I wouldn't have ever asked if I hadn't read this post. Many thanks!

Just called our friend, who is going with 2 kids -- there's seats available both coming and going for her, so she may really benefit.

Just called and got a $240 price reduction on my 4 tickets. I have to call after the flight and get the credit to my card. Has anyone ever called after their flight and gotten the credit? This is such a wonderful surpise. Mickey thanks you for this info. Now have more money to spend foolishly at Disney.
