What happened? I mean, why do you say "I quit?"

Did you call Disney or your CC company to ask what's up?

I don't see any "View Reservation Details" button to click...

From the disneyworld.com website (low-bandwidth site), I click on the "My Disney Vacations" link. On the "My Disney Vacations" page, about midway down the page, I see a small box entitled "Iteneraries." There is a link at the bottom of that tiny box that says "View Your List." When I click on that, I see "November 2007 Trip" and my travel dates highlighted in bold and underlined (because it's a link). When I click on the link, my reservation comes up. There is a box at the top that page that says "November 2007 Trip" with some other information in it. Below that is another box entitled "Itenerary Details." And below the itenerary details box is yet another box with my actual reservation number in it. Just to the right of the reservation number, within the same box, is the link "View Reservation Details." When I click on that I get the information I posted previously.

I meant I was going to quit reading all these threads & posts. My cc has gone through-no problems there. My reservation is still there along with the "null usd". Waiting for my hard copy to arrive & will go from there. I just have a really hard time believing they will not honor this. We will be going one way or the other.
Appreciate all the advice & good wishes:goodvibes

Ahhh, now I see... I don't blame you... my stress level goes up with each post I read, lol.

Thanks for the explanation & directions, DznyDreams. I was viewing the high bandwidth version.

Did you by chance book your reservation thru the website? I booked our original reservation thru the website and when I went in to view it, it had the dining listed as well. Since I was eligible for the code, we had to cancel that reservation and rebook, this time over the phone. I still can access my reservation online, but it doesn't show the dining. I called and it is on the reservation, just not online. I'm thinking it has to do with wether or not you call or book online. Thanks!

I have a room only reservation and when I checked my on line confirmation this is the only language I found that pertained to my rate.

Room rates are guaranteed as long as your reservation is not changed.

I ain't changing anything EXCEPT possibly adding more days to the beginning and I will just make that another reservation. :thumbsup2
