We received our Magical Express packet today. The luggage tags were included for all four of us. In the book, our arriving flight info is correct but it only had the departing flight info for three of us. DD2's name was listed with "no flight information provided".
I called Magical Express to correct what I thought was a simple oversight. The very helpful CM told me that departing flight info could not be added because DVC does not have this person on the reservation. I insisted that she was, but the CM politely told me that I needed to contact DVC to get her added and then proceeded to ensure all other details were correct.
It tried to call MS, but they had already closed for the evening. I have my original reservation confirmation that says 4 guests. Since MS was closed, I went to view the reservation online to see if it really did not have her on there. This info did not show online, but I went ahead and clicked on the "Add Celebration infomation" button while I was there. When this pulled up my reservation details, it showed 2 adults and 1 child in the room. So I get to call MS tomorrow to add DD to the room (that I already included her on) so that I can then update her on the ME (which I also already included her on).
I know this is nothing in the big scheme of things and will be easily fixed. I find it very inconvenient to have to make multiple calls after receiving my ME packet to correct information that they have already been given, had in the computer, and accurately sent back to me 7 months ago.
While it is a small gripe, my main intent is to advise others to double check everything. This will be a lot easier to correct over the phone now than when we are standing there with 2 kids and a car seat trying to figure out why we can't check her bags.

. This was a 2 1/2day road trip as we took our time. He decided he would never survive the drive home and bought an airline ticket to fly home. When he went to check his luggage at airline check in at akv he was told he could not check in because he wasn't on the room reservation. He showed them his room key
I had to call MS right then and have him added to the reservation. I believe because it was the day of departure MS had to call either AKV front desk or the airline check in. It ended up be no big deal and he finally got checked in. We were told that had MS not been open they would not have been able to help him. So from now on I will always double check to make sure my MS resvation has everyone listed to prevent any further problems like this. Susan
