Hopefully some of this will fix when the new website rolls out.
I know I was doing an SSR April '08 reservation day by day earlier this month, and I logged in one time before calling. It said I still had '07 banked points available, but for some reason, my 2008 UY points were down by EXACTLY the number of points for one weekend night during our stay.
So I made the next day reservation, and then said, can we look at the points situation. Well, what I saw and what MS saw was completely different. Her computer had it right, and the
DVC was wrong.

You can imagine the confusing conversation that ensued as she thought I wanted to use some points that we have left from our '06 UY that were banked and kept trying to explain to me that I couldn't use those for that reservation, etc. etc. Meanwhile, I am saying - NO - I'm only looking at the '08 UY and this is not right. Finally, we got a supervisor on the phone, and somehow we figured each other out. However, I am sure that the poor CM with whom I originally spoke was COMPLETELY frustrated with me thinking - "This DVC member doesn't know what she is talking about."

She might have even been bracing for the line - "I paid a LOT of money for DVC...."

Thank goodness, it wasn't my first time making a reservation, but I can see how this sort of thing can confuse issues.
Thankfully, it worked out, but I think a "less glitchy" site would help not only us, but the MS CM's, too!
