Check your PH+'s before tossing them!

I knew I had some plus options left on my tickets so I had guest relations tell me what was left, and...I had 1 park hopping day left on all 6 of my tickets!!?? How can that be? Last time, I bought a 6 day park hopper ticket and we went into the parks all 6 days! One day we went in for early entry and left by 10:00 and didn't return. I wonder if that day was somehow not counted? I don't know, but from now on, I will not trust my memory. I will have them check it for me.
