Nothing updated in our accounts re APHs

Did have a note in file after talking to them, am supposed to receive a phone call from ticketing once things were up & running

Upgraded 3 AP from Gold to Platinum specifically for the Easter visit we had booked. I presented my case that since I won’t be visiting during any other holiday periods, it would be nice to be bumped back down to Gold & receive a refund/credit.

Additionally, we have staggered AP renewal dates. In order to cover our reservations thru the end of the year, I only need one of them extended. The others I want refunds of the ’down’ days.

I’m good to wait until they get around to calling me but hope it’s before I’d need to make park reservations for end of September trip.

Had to call into WDW yesterday, on the CRO replacement reservation for August trip noticed that GD’s name was inputted incorrectly. Normally, the system will pick up a minor variation on name as she in my MDE family planning.

CRO couldn’t touch the reservation to substitute/change guest names. Had to be sent over to technical support. They couldn’t either.

What they did do was to select the ‘correct name/tix entitlement’ and add her on as a 4th member of the reservation. Then, they removed the ‘wrong name’ from my MDE group and it disappeared from the reservation.

Talk about taking the scenic route to fix an issue lol

Same here too! Even called up to PH services and waited on hold so long I forgot what I holding for! Did give the CM all 5’s though lol 😆

wow, I called last night around 7:00pm and had about a 2 minute wait. Took longer to get through the info tree.
