This is the 4th or 5th promo I got thus year. I am trying to get there this year but I am not sure if we will.

I have had a few too...but thus far they have been for the Quickservice dining plan...this one is two deals in one offer and the full dining plan.

I am going in August..

This isn't a new plan.. it's the same as what has been previously offered for the same time period. They don't list the value resorts in the promotion, so it may be that the Mods/Deluxe arn't filling as quickly as they they would have liked for this time period (but that doesn't mean that its not offered to Values, but Values would have the QSDP)
