Check your credit cards for pin event charges!

So I looked at my American Express statement (after talking to Mary/Flitter) and saw that I was only charged $150.95 & $38 something. I called event services this morning to find out that, yes, everything is paid for but the $530 something charge just hasn't hit my card yet. WHen he said $530 something I asked why was I charged twice for the Figment framed set. My first RSP came to $498.30 including the framed set. I already have two charges on my card for $150.95 & the $38 and change so another $530 means I had been charged for 2 framed sets.

Apparently I was given a framed set on my second RSP and it is charged separately because I had marked it to be shipped. What 2nd framed set?!! The 2nd RSP I received in the mail shows 3 items and the framed set is not one of them.

So you might want to check your bank/credit accounts to see what you've been charged based on what you think you bought.

Just the opposite happened to me. I found out that they had NOT charged me for my Figment framed set and indeed, it didn't even show on their RSP form. Got that straightened out this morning. That was probably the one piece that I really did want.
Gotta love Event Services.
