Only certain publishers. Also if, like me, you have subscribe & save orders, you might have a small credit that's already being applied to your next order.

I don't see anything applied to subscribe and save orders. The Game of Thrones books I guess wouldn't be included, but I definitely did purchased from included publishers and should have a few dollars credit:

Hmm, we had an unexplained credit on iTunes that we couldn't figure out. Maybe it was for this. Didn't get any email from Amazon or credit in that account though.

Oh! I didn't have anything on Amazon, but I did have a balance on iTunes. I had no idea where it came from and thought maybe it was some old promotion, but maybe it was this!

Yes, I had $144 too. I buy lots of books for my Kindle.

I ordered some adult diapers, yippee! (for my son with special needs). I decided to try and use it on practical things, I have Amazon Prime so we order everything on there (free 2 day shipping)

Another $1.57 exactly here too - 2010-2012 I had a Nook not a Kindle, so I probably only bought one book as an ebook for my DH or something.

I got an email from barnes and noble yesterday that by friday i should have a credit from them so don't give up that way
