Hi,

I just logged on to my Disney account through Chase Bank and noticed my Disney reward dollars balance is ZERO. :confused3 Last week when I checked it online there was $198 balance. Now, I'm worried I've lost those $$ since changing from First USA Bank to Chase. I've emailed Chase...they will get back to me withing 2 business days.

Has this happened to anyone else?

It may have something to do with converting the computers to the new bank. What did your last statement show? I got mine over the weekend. I'll have to check it.

You could also call the toll free number on the back of your card. They might be able to look up the info.

If your payment was late, you can't used your Rewards Dollars, so it'll show up zero. Once they recieve your next payment on time, it'll show up again.

Our payment was late by a day and it showed no points available. They will hopefully be back when the payment gets caught up on the account! :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

well, i'm glad this thread is here... i just checked mine and i have a debit of 29 reward dollars with no rhyme nor reason...

last month dh purchased a tractor and then returned it, leaving us w/a large credit on our card... i then started using the card for everything to "use up" the credit... i have done so and now have a balance owed... my next payment is not due until the 28th of april... why would i lose reward dollars? :confused3

Depending on when your account closes, it might just be updating. My statement closed on Friday, and I wasn't able to view (and transfer points) until Monday. On Sunday when I checked, it was showing a 0 balance, too.

This is off topic, but I can't believe that this has changed hands once again. I use to have a AKC card when it was First USA Bank, then Bank One bought them, and now it switched over to Chase??? :confused3 Can't they ever just stay with one name. Sure happy I got rid of them.

I was thinking about getting a Disney card until I found out who it went through. Don't want to deal with them anymore especially if they keep changing names.

When you returned the tractor for credit, Bank One/Chase immediately debited your rewards balance for 1% of the amount of purchase. You will be credited for any "new purchases" that ate up that credit when your next statement is generated.

okay that would make sense... but the tractor was $6500 and the missing credits only amounted to 29... if it were 65, i'd understand! and i have since used up that 6500 in charges plus i now have a balance owing of 2000+ so i should be getting *more* credits, not less, no?
