Check the dates on your e-mail confirmation

I went ahead and booked a room this morning at Pop without the AP discount. I just received my e-mailed confirmation and the dates are wrong by one day. I actually have two reservations (continuing) and they are both off by one day.

I called Disney back and they confirmed that my correct dates are in their system - they don't know why the confirmation is wrong. They told me they would report it and for me to check back NEXT WEEK to see if I could get a corrected confirmation! I don't think so. I'll be calling all day long - I want my printed confirmation to be correct. And I still want my AP discount.

Has anyone else received a confirmation by e-mail and were your dates correct?
 
I checked and mine are the same..

If I click on the link in the e-mail it is wrong (one day early).

If I look online through "My Vacation" on the Disneyworld site.. the dates are correct. They have also confirmed my dates are correct on the phone.

Seems like it's just the new e-mail confirmtion that is wrong. I am not going to worry. I have a printout from "My Vacation" with the correct dates.

That's exactly what happened with me today.
 
Count me in as being off by one day for both reservations for my split stay.

How are you checking your reservation online if it's room only? Every time I try it won't let me check. It says "you need to enter your phone number that you used when you booked the reservation"--which of course is what I'm doing. I have no confirmation other than the CRO office telling me my dates are correct in their system. GRRRR.
 
Hi,

I asked for the twelve digit confirmation number when I was booking, entered that then my home phone number and there it was in "My Vacation".

The confirmation number is on the e-mail confirmation as well.

Does that help?
 
Mine were off by one day also. I called and was told that the glitch happened because thet are getting ready for daylight savings time on March 11th and thats why it messed up. Everyone's reservations are fine, and new emails will be sent out with the corrected info tomorrow :)

I dont mind the glitch, we got an AP rate! Woohoo!!!!
