JUST ON PHONE WITH ms CANCELED 2 NIGHTS, 1 NIGHT 9 POINTS bwv OCT 20 STANDARD STUDIO AND 1 NIGHT bw VIEW dEC 8 and I said now with the 21 points I want to add on to a ressie I have and she said you have no points left. I said we just canceled 21 points where are they, she put me on hold and I am still waiting for her to call me back ,she said I have to find them and will call back ,this has never happened before

I hope they find your points quick! I'm always nervous that somehow my point balance would get messed up. It doesn't seem to happen to often but ocassionally an error can happen. Good Luck!!
