Check out your AC Moore store as their hours may have changed

Stopped in there this morning and was waiting for the doors to open. When I got in the manager informed me that their new hours were now 10:00 - 8:00. They are now opening an hour later and closing an hour earlier. I hope that they don't close all together!! The cashier told me that the manager felt bad for a woman waiting outside the door with a young one in the shopping cart so he let us all in about 9:25!

I was in there for dd10's poster board for a school project. I walked right by all the scrap booking stuff without a single purchase... I am working on using up at least SOME of my stash as when I started going through just my DCWV stacks, it was real embarrassing to see how much I had - really, about 3 feet of JUST THE STACKS! And that's not counting all the paper I have in the cabinet and on some shelves. I swear I could wallpaper everyone's house in town with all the paper I have!

THanks for the heads up. I'll have to look into it. I love stores that open at 9am -- the waiting an hour or so after dropping the kids off st school drives me nuts!

Thanks for the notice. I usually go either after work on a Thursday, so it's 5:30-6:00 or on the weekend around 10-11 am or after 3, so I hadn't noticed a change.

Two of the big malls around me have changed their hours also, I'll have to check and see what happened to my craft stores also. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the heads-up! I just did a quick check - our local store's hours DID change too - now open at 10 a.m. instead of 9. The closing stayed the same (for now...).

This *really* rearranges my errand route and schedule, but I'm sure we'll all get used to it.

I guess that changes our "loop route" we will have to do Michael's first, then Target and then ACMoore (and Christmas Tree Shops).

I simply don't handle change well!

Plus, our *favorite* cashiers at the craft stores will be totally thrown off their rhythm if they see us on a different schedule! Sigh....
