www.cheapoair.com I found this site and the rates for airfare seem really good. (Better than what I got a couple of months ago on Southwest.) It would be nice to know if anyone here has used this site, since I've never heard of it before and it didn't show up on a search on these boards. Anyone?

I looked at this and at first it seemed like a great deal. I was looking at phl to rdu. $35(ow) Came up but then when you check taxes and fees it was $84

i've just read several reviews. it seems that when it's good, it's good, but when it goes bad, you're bound to be very frustrated by the lack of customer service.
