I love the May ones. The July...not as much. I've been wanting a Dooney for years but they're so expensive. Maybe if they have the May ones when we visit in July I will spring for a wristlet.

I seem to be the only one that prefers the later release purses! Love the diamonds and black-on-blue. The other one just looks like a standard Dooney to me.

ETA: That's great advice, whoever, on having hubby buy it for you. Unfortunately, neither DL2's dh nor mine would do that in a million years, so we've elected to have you be our surrogate DH. I'd like the blue and black Dooney, please. I don't care which style

I love my "Dooney" from Disneyland. I never thought I would pay that much for a bag, but I did and I love it. These new ones for the 60th are beautiful, but I like the backpack style.

The Dooney bags are all cute, imo, but I can't spend that much on a purse.

HOWEVER, I fell in love with one of the Disney Harveys bags when we were in DTD last December and that was $130, but that is probably the most expensive purse I've ever purchased in my life!

Dooneys are a good investment. I have some that I have been using for 30 years. But I think the art work on these is terrible. I cannot get a really closeup view of the first ones, but what is with Mickey's ears? I have never seen his ears drawn like that, like they are flying up in the air. I didn't know his ears could do that.

I'm pretty sure that's Minnie (check out the eyelashes), but I don't know why her ears are like that and I'm not sure what the thing is on her head. Some kind of diamond decoration? I have to disagree about the artwork, though. I think it's nice.

Oops...I guess I accidentally erased my post. I was just going to say that I think that's Minnie with the flying ears (compare to Mickey--looks like she has eyelashes). Not sure what the story is on the ears, but what's the thing on her head? Is it some kind of diamond deal? But anyway, I think the artwork is nice. I have no idea about the flying ears picture but overall I like the images. I'm just not a big fan of the aqua color, though it fits nicely with the early Disney era.

In the end it probably doesn't matter who will spend that on a purse and who will not because they'll all be sold out within 5 minutes and none of us stand a chance at getting one anyway. Although I might be inclined to spend that if I really like it, I'm not going to camp out or rush somewhere to get one. I like to take my time and try them on and decide. If they are gone before I do all that, oh well.

(I hope they won't be that difficult to find!)
